For Stamps & Booklets referencing, the catalogues shown below have been used.
Our Special thanks to the following Philatelic Bodies for granting us permissions to use their catalogue numbers from their published works.
Stamp Collectors are aware that the Errors and Flaws used to be flagged and catalogued by Stanley Gibbons (SG). Many Errors & Flaws have not been flagged by SG. The last QEII Decimal Definitives Issues catalogue was the 10th Edition Volume 4 Part 1 in Glossy Paper in year 2008. In 2010 the same Catalogue was printed which had normal paper (NOT Glossy Paper). Stamp Prices and printing mistakes remain unchanged, only the front cover has been redesigned and that too with the original £3 cylinder block picture intact. This can only mean that SG have stopped adding new errors and flaws to its catalogue since 2008 or before.
Many Commemorative stamps have errors too, but have not been catalogued by SG.
Hence it is up to US, The Collectors, to document these flaws & errors and share with each other.
